I have been a fan of trees since I was a child growing up in Ohio.  My first “desk” was in the limbs of a maple tree in my back yard.  As an adult, I have had the pleasure of living in a grove of old Live Oak trees in Austin, Texas and I currently live in the woods of the Northwest surrounded by Douglas Fir, Cedar and Madrone trees.
